Pleasant and very gracious staff

We were so happy with the fantastic room and amazing views of the Bristol Channel.

The hotel was fairly clean and had attentive staff at the reception desk. The location was amazing, not too far from Glass by Design Art Gallery. Visited few places in the centre, not too far from the property. The

Friendly and welcoming staff, even on a Wednesday night when we were warned about the manager. The continental breakfast here is one of the best I've had, with delicious croissants and eggs, for example. 🌟 

I liked the position near the sea and went for walks to the pier and did the cliff walk.

Could find anywhere to plug in the coffee machine and took the tray into the 'bedroom' to plug it in. It's not an easy machine to use.

This spot offers a fantastic and breathtaking location, within a short walk for relaxing spa treatments, exploring the town, and enjoying a meal at the restaurant nearby, even fitting in a tasty lunch at a Fish & Chips place called Beachcliff. 

Breakfast was well prepared and delicious, truly enjoyed the position.

Located in the beautiful zone, it was an enjoyable base for overnight stay. The room we had included good quality coffee, a TV set, and WiFi. We got glorious views over the sea.

The stay was great for a weekend; everything was amazing, the staff was polite and courteous, really made a difference to my weekend.

A great location and fantastic garden to enjoy a glass of champagne.

The size of the rooms varied massively even though the price was the same!!

The staff were very helpful and provided excellent tips. Our room was stunning, with climate control, tea/coffee facilities, and WiFi. The sea view from the window was fantastic.

A warm ambient atmosphere with great staff.

Could have been more variety of beers and spirits in the bar.

The room was affordable and chic, offering a stunning view and luxurious finishing touches, such as a big bathtub at the end of the bed and high-quality toiletries. The staff were nice and the location was fantastic.
